Tape is NOT included (Japanese Face Tape sold separately). Please note that the 2-Inch tape is required for certain applications in this guide, including TMJ/Jaw Tension, advanced lymphatic drainage, and one of the Nasolabial Fold applications. All remaining applications can be completed with the 1-Inch tape option (for the chin application, simply use 2 thinner strips in place of 1 wider strip as shown in the guide), and you will skip the first step of cutting the 2-Inch tape in half lengthwise.

Important details about face tape use

• Contraindications: Oncological concerns, recent injections (Fillers, Botox, etc) or treatments or procedures resulting in skin barrier damage (i.e. chemical peels, lasers, etc), skin rashes, skin allergies, skin irritations, sunburns, known & unknown skin conditions etc. Any medical conditions that can NOT have lymphatic drainage techniques. Signs of flu, infections, viruses, etc. Consult with your doctors if pregnant prior introducing any new product including taping methodologies. 
• Use tape designed to be delicate and safe for facial skin, not harsher or stronger tapes designed for body use (bright colored tapes are body tapes) that are made with harsher, stronger adhesive.
• Under Japanese Face Tape product, read important directions for use prior to taping.
