Shipping Policy
All orders are fulfilled within 3 business days.
Please note that all delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by the postal carrier and do not include order processing and fulfillment time. We aim to process and ship all orders promptly, but delays may occur due to demand or holidays.
If you require guaranteed delivery by a specific date, we recommend choosing UPS Next Day Air Saver or USPS Priority Mail Express, as these are the only shipping methods that offer guaranteed transit times (within the U.S.).
Other shipping options, including USPS Priority Mail and Ground Advantage, are not guaranteed services and may experience delays beyond our control.
Shipping Protection
The Natural Faces offers Shipping Protection for all US online orders and strongly encourages customers to opt in at checkout.
- If a customer opts out of Shipping Protection, The Natural Faces is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- If Shipping Protection is purchased and you experience a lost, stolen, or damaged package, please contact us to initiate a claim. Please note we will only reship once per order.
- Shipping Protection is not available for international shipping at this time.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
The Natural Faces is not responsible if a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If a package is returned due to an address issue and a customer would like a reshipment, the customer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but has not been received, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS customer service to open a claim. The Natural Faces is not responsible for packages that are misdelivered by the postal carrier or stolen after confirmed delivery unless Shipping Protection was purchased.
International Shipping Policy
International customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country, including but not limited to duties, taxes, and import fees. These costs vary by country, and The Natural Faces cannot calculate them in advance.
- If a package is unclaimed or refused by customs and returned to The Natural Faces, the customer is not eligible for a refund on shipping fees.
- If a customer fails to pay customs fees or package is unclaimed, and the package is not returned, the order is not eligible for a refund.
For USPS International Shipping, once the package leaves the U.S., it is handled by the destination country’s official postal service. All delivery concerns should be addressed directly to them.
Digital Products
Digital products will not be shipped. They will be delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.
